FAQs

Here you'll find answers to some of the things I'm asked most often, from how do I work to what inspires me.

What types of projects do you specialize in?

I specialize in high-end color grading for fashion, commercials, and sports content. I’ve worked with clients such as Mercedes-AMG F1, Ann Summers and the NFL, creating looks that actually elevate storytelling.

What inspires you as a colorist?

I’m obsessed with how color can completely change the mood of a scene, turning something good into something unforgettable. I draw inspiration from my travels, paintings, flora and fauna… pretty much anything that makes you feel something.

How does the color grading process work?

We start with a real conversation so I can understand your vision, the emotion you want to evoque, and your references. I receive your edited sequence, build a custom color pipeline in DaVinci Resolve, and deliver the first looks. We refine them together until the project feels exactly how you imagined it.

What is your typical turnaround time?

For most projects, I deliver the first pass in 1–2 business days. I always give you a clear timeline upfront.

Do you work with remote clients internationally?

Yes. I work remotely with clients worldwide and have experience delivering consistent results across time zones. I’m based in the Dominican Republic but fully equipped for international collaboration.

Can you match a specific film look or reference?

Absolutely. Whether you have a specific movie, music video, or custom look in mind, I can analyze and recreate it or develop something unique that fits your project’s mood and story.

How do you handle revisions?

I include 2–3 rounds of revisions in the initial quote. Additional revisions are handled quickly and billed hourly or per round depending on the project. My goal is always to get it exactly right.

What formats and deliverables do you provide?

I deliver master files in ProRes, DNxHR, or EXR sequences, plus HDR and SDR versions when needed. I can also provide LUTs, still frames, and technical specs tailored to your post house or delivery requirements.

Do you offer HDR grading?

Yes. I do both HDR10 and Dolby Vision grading with proper monitoring and deliverables for streaming platforms and high-end broadcast.
